5/2013 - After attending Contra Costa College I transferred to CSU, Sacramento and graduated with a B.A. in 1978. I met my wife, Bev, while working together at a summer camp in upstate N.Y. in 1976. We were married in 1979 and still going strong.
After growing up in, and attending college in urban/suburban areas, we decided we wanted to live in a more rural area so we moved to Humboldt County in 1980 and live a little north of Eureka. It has been a good life for us. We have 3 adult daughters that are all doing very well. We could not be more proud of them!
We have had good careers (I work in Real Estate) but we try to to focus more on having fun than working. We attend a lot of sporting events at Humboldt State and take advantage of the things a college town has to offer. We live near the ocean and the redwoods and try not to take that for granted. We enjoy spending time with family and friends and spending as much time outdoors as possible. We camp, fish, hike, garden and travel as often as we can.
I hope to attend the next reunion to rekindle old friendships. Take care.
